FormGrader ("the Service") is a Google Sheets add-on that grades form responses using AI and can send reply emails you configure. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
Scores and feedback are generated by an AI model and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing results before making decisions that affect other people (grades, admissions, hiring, prizes). The Service is a drafting and triage tool, not a decision-maker.
You may not use the Service to send spam, to process data you have no right to process, or in violation of Google's or Anthropic's terms. You are responsible for complying with privacy laws applicable to your respondents' data.
The Free plan includes a monthly grading quota. Pro is a monthly subscription billed via Stripe and can be cancelled anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period. Quotas reset monthly.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.
