What we access

FormGrader is a Google Sheets add-on. With your authorization, it accesses only the spreadsheet where you use it (scope: spreadsheets.currentonly) in order to read the response columns you select and write grading results. It can send email on your behalf (via Google's MailApp) only when you enable auto-reply, and it never reads your mailbox.

What we process

When you run grading, the content of the response columns you selected and your rubric are sent to our API, which forwards them to Anthropic's Claude API to produce a score and feedback. Responses are processed in memory and are not stored on our servers. We store only: an anonymous installation identifier, monthly usage counts, and license status.

What we do NOT do

We do not store, sell, or share your form responses or spreadsheet data.
We do not use your data to train AI models.
We do not read anything outside the spreadsheet where you run the add-on.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Data retention & deletion

Usage counters expire automatically within 60 days. To delete your license record or ask anything about your data, contact support@formgrader.app.

FormGrader's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
